In its 5^th consecutive year, the 2012 Midwest Clean Tech Conference will take place this September 12, 2011 at McCormick Place in Chicago, in conjunction with the International Manufacturing Technology Show.  The Midwest Clean Tech Conference 2012 is an international event featuring emerging and cutting edge technologies from across the clean tech sector.

Best-in-class speakers from both the private and public sectors will provide insight on clean technology trends for the future, and the role of clean technology in regional and global economic growth.  Participants will have the unique opportunity to engage with presenters, innovators, financiers, and the clean tech community in various networking platforms.   Innovation and its role will be highlighted in areas such as alternative fuels, agriculture and food, water technologies, solar technologies, waste to energy and energy storage, among others.

The Brinks Innovation Competition finalists will be presenting their entries during the show and the winning technology innovation for 2012 will be announced thereafter.
